Speaker: Deepshikha Rao, Lead - HR Business Partner, Innovapptive
Tell us about yourself (where you are from, interests, and hobbies).
Deepshikha Rao: Hey, I'm Deepshikha I was born and raised in Jammu and Kashmir. I have completed my education from different parts of India. From my childhood we've always juggled between different places due to my dad's transferable job and fortunately stayed in almost every nook and corner of India. For the past seven years I have settled in Hyderabad. after my marriage. I enjoy spending my time with my 2.5 year old, super active toddler, taking care of my pets and planning for the vacations because me, my husband and my little one - we love traveling and we ensure going on long road trips mostly every possible time to explore beautiful places and cultures. Apart from this, I love swimming and I do yoga to be fit and active.
Tell us about your role and your team at Innovapptive.
Deepshikha Rao: I'm a people person and my role here is an HR business partner. I'm responsible for aligning business objectives with associates and designated business units to improve work relationships, building morale and increased productivity and retention. So basically I'm the link between the HR and the business units and the stakeholders also advising and supporting them on strategic issues. I partner with all the line managers to set HR priorities, which has a direct impact on the business objectives.
What are some things you have enjoyed about working at Innovapptive?
Deepshikha Rao: A positive organizational culture is key to feeling motivated and inspired work and that's what I feel being a part of an Innovapptive. I really enjoy the flexibility, the scope of work, the tremendous amount of learning experience and exposure, which I'm getting working with different business units and stakeholders. Deepshikha Rao: Innovapptive is growing exponentially be it with a number of associates, or the clients. We are showing multifaceted roadmap towards growth and success and as a HRBP, always on my toes to make and work towards strategies for an Innovapptive success.
