Tell us about your company, your team, and your role?
Wayne Hatton Jr: Good afternoon. My name is Wayne Hatton Junior. Supervisor, Inventory Warehouse here at Loudoun Water. I've been with the company now for almost seven years. I managed a team of four individuals. Loudoun Water provides drinking water and wastewater services to over 80,000 households within Loudoun County.
What prompted you to search for a connected worker platform and what problems were you trying to solve?
Wayne Hatton Jr: We were looking for a solution that would get us away basically from the brick and mortar, the pen and paper. We were using a lot of paper to do our processes and procedures within our warehouse. So we were looking for something that was robust, something that would give us a level of experience where we can do our jobs and perform our our task and duties more effectively and efficiently.
What Innovapptive solution(s) are you using and how have they benefited your team?
Wayne Hatton Jr: We're currently using the Innovapptive materials management mobile application currently within our warehouse environment. And I can truly say that it has made our jobs a lot easier, made us more efficient, it allows us to track materials better. But it's really, basically it has sped up the process of how we do things within the warehouse. We no longer have to go back and forth to our computer to check on things or to receive in inventory and things of that nature. Everything is done strictly from our mobile app, and we are definitely pleased to have this application within our warehouse environment.
What has your organization been able to achieve by using Innovapptive?
Wayne Hatton Jr: For me, I would say one of our biggest achievements in using the Innovapptive mobile application is being mobile. We're able to do everything on the fly via our mobile cell phones. We don't have to rely so heavily on our laptops and you know sitting there at our desk or at our cubes or or what have you. We can do everything directly on our actual mobile app, whether we're outside in the yard checking on inventory or if we're on the actual loading dock receiving in inventory, or if we're at the counter within our warehouse issuing parts out to our staff and members of our of our organization. So I would say you know that's the huge benefit for us is we're able to do things on the fly within within a moment's notice. So that's been very beneficial. It's been a huge tremendous help and we are extremely pleased with what we have.

Wayne Hatton Jr: I would recommend Innovapptive solutions to others just based on the fact that it's very user-friendly. The support has been extremely well. The the user interface of the actual app itself, it's very seamless. There's nothing complicated about the solution whatsoever from start to finish. The training was was was great. They were able, to show us how the app would perform, what it would look like, what we could expect from the actual application. And everything that they've they've showed us we have actually seen and we're actually seeing.
