Shalini Singh: Hi guys, my name is Shalini. I'm currently working at Innovapptive as IOS lead for the sustenance team. I support all in flight and live customer tickets from mInventory side. I also support the mInventory product for the P&I team.
Describe your journey and why you joined Innovapptive.
Shalini Singh: So the journey has been great. I joined as a trainee and here I am after seven years as IOS Lead. I have got great support from all my mentors, my managers, my colleagues - which helped me grow.
How do you empower yourself and the women around you?
Shalini Singh: Okay, I empower myself by maintaining a positive attitude of keeping self-confidence and we can empower other women by maybe working with them, giving compliments and recognizing about their work, maintaining a healthy work culture between us and pushing positivity.
How is Innovapptive empowering you and fellow women throughout the organization?
Shalini Singh: So Innovapptive empowers women by giving them equal opportunity at work to grow. And they recognize their work, bringing female leaders for the projects, conducting training sessions to elevate their skills or small gestures like celebrating women's day. So these all empowers women make us feel special.
