Tell us about yourself (where you are from, interests, and hobbies).
Sandra Jadur: Hello, my name is Sandra Jadur. I'm originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina and I moved to Houston in 1999. I love to paint, I love to read, I travel a lot. I love exploring new places and learning about new cultures.
Tell us about your role and your team at Innovapptive.
Sandra Jadur: I am the assistant director of contracts at Innovapptive. I'm the head of the contract department and in my role and make sure all the contracts are properly signed and properly reviewed and have the right approval. And I don't currently have a team, but hopefully when we grow, the team will grow as well.
What are some things you have enjoyed about working at Innovapptive?
Sandra Jadur: There are a lot of things that I love about working out in the back to the first one is the people. We have a fantastic team. I love how everybody collaborates with each other. We get to celebrate each other's successes and wins even in our personal lives, and we help each other when there are challenges ahead. I also love how innovative this company is. There are a lot of smart people creating a lot of very good solutions. And that is a very good team to be a part of. It always pushes you to be better and to strive to be the best you can be.
What is your mission at Innovapptive and how does it contribute to Innovapptive’s overall mission to connect workers?
Sandra Jadur: My mission objective is to make sure we build relationships one contract. The contracting process should never be what stops the deal. It is an opportunity to build a relationship and to start caring for each other because our client success is our success. And so it's very important to start that relationship on the right footing from the very beginning. And contracting is a very nice opportunity to hear the concerns and the needs, and for us, as a company to be able to help our clients in the best way we know how.
What makes Innovapptive exciting over the next 5 years?
Sandra Jadur: What I'm most excited about for the next five years is change, growth and innovation. We are living in times that are defined by very rapid changes and innovation and digital transformation. This extends to all areas of our lives, specifically, the global workforce is undergoing a massive technological shift. I'm excited to be part of the company that I believe is going to be on the forefront of innovation and come up with more exciting products and ideas in the future.
