Tell us about yourself (where you are from, interests, and hobbies).
Sai Kiran Komirishetty: Hello everyone. I'm Sai Kiran Komirishetty. I was born and raised in Hyderabad India. My attachment and bonding with this city is very unique and emotional and numerous ways which always puts a smile on my face. I fondly live with my parents here in the city and I got recently engaged to a wonderful and graceful woman with whom I'm eager to start my life with. I have joined Innovapptive in December of last year, which is almost like nine months ago and it's been a really amazing experience working with the marketing folks. My hobbies mostly revolved around the numismatics which is like the study and the collection of coins and currencies across the world. And I have around going from 50 plus countries and also the antique coins which are almost like 100 years old. My interests mostly revolved around the European soccer and I'm an avid Cristiano Ronaldo fan. Hala Madrid.
Tell us about your role and your team at Innovapptive.
Sai Kiran Komirishetty: So I'm associated with the performance marketing activities here at GDC in Hyderabad. My work mainly revolves around generating marketing qualified leads from paid search and paid social media channels, which includes Google ads, Bing ads, LinkedIn ads, and Facebook ads, and Twitter ads. I agreeably work closely with our marketing director, Swagat Singh, who is arguably one of the most supportive and competent professionals in the company. Every individual associated with the marketing team has been contributing to the Innovapptive success story, and I look up to these guys with the utmost respect and importance. I learn from them. I gain experience from them. All in all It's an incredible role. The teams at Innovapptive are really very collaborative and always ready to integrate and innovate the product to provide the value to our clients across the globe, which in turn resonates with our company's mission.
What are some things you have enjoyed about working at Innovapptive?
Sai Kiran Komirishetty: So one of the best things that I love working with Innovapptive are definitely the people who make the environment as companionable as possible. I am always part of a highly enthusiastic team from day one and I never looked back Irrespective of the department, people here just strike a conversation with you and you feel can interact with them immediately. Organizational hierarchy, company values, and highly encouraging leadership generates a valuable impression on every employee who joins the organization. And I truly believe everyone associated with Innovapptive is a mentor in their own way, which is extremely rewarding, as everyone is laser-focused towards the company's business goals.
What is your mission at Innovapptive and how does it contribute to Innovapptive’s overall mission to connect workers?
Sai Kiran Komirishetty: The amount of work that goes into connecting millions of frontline workers at all industries will grow and demand advanced management and analysis approaches along with mobile solutions in order to lower maintenance costs, operational costs and improve the activity of these enterprises on a large scale. I strongly believe Innovapptive, with its strong portfolio of mobile solutions, is a front runner to digitize and automate these operations. As the performance marketing analyst, I want to be a part of this indigenous development, and I also believe that it's important to partner with our clients and guide them throughout their journey from the first touchpoint to the last touch point.

And I'm really looking forward to the forthcoming years with the company where I get to see phenomenal growth for Innovapptive with the business and product roadmaps, for creating a highly productive and efficient connected worker platform And with unlimited opportunities out there, the Innovapptive mission is to go limitless.
