Tell us about yourself (where you are from, interests, and hobbies).
Ramakanth Reddy Kotha: Hi, I'm Ramakanth Kota My friends at work called me Rama, RK, Ramakanth. I'm born and brought up here in Hyderabad. I grew up here and spent my entire career here. So I'm kind of attached to this place. What do I do in my free time? When I get time You'll either find me cycling or reading a book on Indian history. I'm kind of a history buff. And I'm married with two kids. But, who gives me company at home - it's my lab. She's the one who kind of keeps me engaged at work.
Tell us about your role and your team at Innovapptive.
Ramakanth Reddy Kotha: I'm head of technical documentation. Me and my team help end-users configure our connected worker solutions and empower them, either to manage their inventory effectively or even help prevent breakdowns at plants. Most often, you will find our team discussing how to make it easy for end users. Our moto - provide good assistance to users and help them complete their tasks with ease.
What are some things you have enjoyed about working at Innovapptive?
Ramakanth Reddy Kotha: It might sound cliche, but it is the freedom we get to innovate that we enjoy working at Innovappive, the freedom that we are given to fail and learn and succeed.
What is your mission at Innovapptive and how does it contribute to Innovapptive’s overall mission to connect workers?
Ramakanth Reddy Kotha: Our team's mission is the same as Innovapptive's mission - help the connected workers do their tasks with ease and succeed.
What makes Innovapptive exciting over the next 5 years?
Ramakanth Reddy Kotha: Innovapptive is connecting millions of field workers. It's going to open multiple opportunities for the user assistance team to discover and invent ways to provide assistance to end users. For example, how are we going to help a technician who is on the field? How are we going to provide digital content in ways that we didn't even think of it earlier, unlimited possibilities, unlimited learning opportunities for us
