Tell us about yourself (where you are from, interests, and hobbies).
Neelima Vemuri: Hello everyone. I am Neelima Vemuri. I was born in Hyderabad and lived in different parts of North India by growing up. I currently live in Hyderabad with my husband and two-year-old daughter. My interests include listening to music, watching movies and skating. And my hobbies are currently whatever my daughter enjoys doing. Be it painting, swimming, playing football only with her of course, and going out for drives.
Tell us about your role and your team at Innovapptive.
Neelima Vemuri: I joined Innovapptive in January 2021 and I work as the assistant manager of FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) I work with the leadership team to create annual budgets and forecasts. I also work to communicate the business performance, highlight results against the plan, partner with the business units to address areas of concern, analyze the financial impact, and optimize on the costs. I support them in achieving the company's financial targets. Currently, I'm an individual contributor, but I look forward to growing the team here at Innovapptive.
What are some things you have enjoyed about working at Innovapptive?
Neelima Vemuri: What I enjoy the most about working Innovapptive is the chance to work with different teams and people from different time zones, interacting with them, getting their perspective, and learning new stuff every day. And it's not just about work. There are moments of fun and celebrations. For instance, when the leadership team recently visited India, we had lots of fun doing ramp walk, dancing, singing, and other fun activities.
What is your mission at Innovapptive and how does it contribute to Innovapptive’s overall mission to connect workers?
Neelima Vemuri: My mission here, at an Innovapptive is to support and enable various stakeholders to take financially sound decisions by way of providing visibility on the past, present, and future performance of the company, in turn, helping the company grow and changing lives of millions of frontline workers.
What makes Innovapptive exciting over the next 5 years?
Neelima Vemuri: At this point of time, I can't help but mention a few numbers. With 100% growth and revenue year over year and 200% growth in the number of new logos acquired... It is undoubtedly the growth the company will be witnessing in the coming years, and the countless opportunities one can get to learn and grow in this dynamic environment - which makes the next five years exciting at Innovapptive.
