Tell us about yourself (where you are from, interests, and hobbies).
Mark Vannoy: Hello everyone. My name is Mark Vannoy, and I've been part of the Innovapptive team for just under a year now. I was born and raised in Massachusetts, but I'm currently based out of southwest Florida. Being in Florida, you can imagine I enjoy pretty much anything that can be done outside, anything involving water, love to boat, fish, even just swimming, but also activities on land. I have a motorcycle and I can ride it pretty much all year round. All the hobbies and things to do are great, but it's also nice just having a relaxing weekend at home sometimes.
Tell us about your role and your team at Innovapptive.
Mark Vannoy: Like I've said, I've been with the Innovapptive team for just under a year so far. I work as the senior solution engineer within the sales department. I liaise with pretty much everyone within the organization delivering unique and innovative solutions that meet our prospective customers' needs now and far into the future.
What are some things you have enjoyed about working at Innovapptive?
Mark Vannoy: Okay, one of the things that I've enjoyed about working at Innovapptive, even for a relatively short amount of time, is that it's been extremely rewarding. Leadership, my team, my colleagues, I consider everyone a mentor because there's so much that I get to learn. I also really enjoy the laser focus and the passion that everyone shares towards our common goals.
What is your mission at Innovapptive and how does it contribute to Innovapptive’s overall mission to connect workers?
Mark Vannoy: I feel that my mission at Innovapptive is to connect our customers' real world needs to our portfolio of real life solutions and doing so in a realistic and approachable way. Now with that, I think that it's also important to partner with our customers and guide them throughout their journey in connecting their workers.
What makes Innovapptive exciting over the next 5 years?
Mark Vannoy: Just thinking about what makes Innovapptive exciting over the next five years is exciting in and of itself in terms of personal development, the development of Innovapptive as a household name, the development and maturity of the connected worker and the expansion into industry 4.0. Lastly, I'm excited about five more years of experience and seeing the impact of what we're doing today.
