Manjula Settipalli: Hello everyone. I'm Manjula. I'm the associate lead for the marketing team. My role basically deals with lead management wherein I create marketing leads with data from different inbound or outbound sources. Apart from that, I'm also responsible for salesforce CRM updating and maintaining marketing database hygiene here.
Describe your journey and why you joined Innovapptive.
Manjula Settipalli: My journey with Innovapptive started in the year 2018 as a marketing associate. The company's culture of implement and innovation, inspired me to push beyond my comfort zone and take on challenging tasks. I also had the opportunity to take new rules and responsibilities, including leading a team of my own. Looking back. I am proud of what I have accomplished and grateful for the experience I have gained.
How do you empower yourself and the women around you?
Manjula Settipalli: Educating myself empowers me. I strongly believe knowledge is the power and I always invest in learning new skills which builds my self confidence. I speak up my opinions, ideas and concerns and I'm never afraid of asking what I want. I always listen to the challenges and concerns of women around me and help them in achieving their dreams and goals.
