Tell us about yourself (where you are from, interests, and hobbies).
Kulkesh Kumar: Hi, I'm Kulkesh. I'm from the capital of India, Delhi. I am an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management - Kozhikode. And having 14 years of experience in the HR function with a specialization of HRBP, Organization Development, Talent Management. I love plants and my pastime pleasure is gardening. So in my free time I explore nurseries, gardens to find new plants which will really beautify my terrace garden.
Tell us about your role and your team at Innovapptive.
Kulkesh Kumar: I'm really passionate about my work. That is why I consider myself as a people and culture team. I am leading HRBP function from the front here. My role includes growing talent from within, designing policies and processes, engaging employees for business enablement driving change for better culture at the workplace, and management, managing employees performance and their retention. I really enjoy to work with a talented team who are passionate and committed to achieve the organization's mission and goals.
What are some things you have enjoyed about working at Innovapptive?
Kulkesh Kumar: Well, I have already mentioned, I really enjoyed working with a diversified, talented team who are passionate and committed to achieve the organization mission and goals. We probably say that we are a great place to work and we do not miss any chance to work hard and party harder. Life at Innovapptive is very cool. And I'm really blessed to be part of Innovapptive.
What is your mission at Innovapptive and how does it contribute to Innovapptive’s overall mission to connect workers?
Kulkesh Kumar: My mission at Innovapptive is to grow talent capabilities for meeting organization mission of performing jobs better, faster and safe. Also to drive healthy culture and climate to make Innovapptive a great place to work.
What makes Innovapptive exciting over the next 5 years?
Kulkesh Kumar: Our organization is growing every day, and our talent pool too. There are many wonderful things to do and to work with team. However, at high level, if you ask my five year plan, then I would be looking to excel my professional prowess and acquire new skills for Innovapptive, as it is poised to achieve high growth in the next five years.
