Tell us about yourself (where you are from, interests, and hobbies).
Jorgie Milan: Hi everyone. My name is Jorgie Milan and I'm located in Fort Myers, Florida. I'm originally from Miami, Florida and I'm really interested in sports, anything sports related, whether that be UFC on Saturday's boxing, on Saturdays and Fridays or on Sundays, having F1 as well as the NFL. Being from Miami, Florida, I'm known to have a lot of loyalty with the Miami Dolphins, which are my favorite team. And we're having a great season this year, which makes me a very happy fan. Outside of sports I really enjoy spending time on my computer. I really enjoy playing video games, watching podcasts, as well as watching YouTube videos. And then outside of the house, I enjoy taking my dog, Papo, a german shepherd labrador mix, out to the dog beach, the dog park, and anywhere to make sure that I'm active.
Tell us about your role and your team at Innovapptive.
Jorgie Milan: In my role here at an Innovapptive, I'm an account executive and I work primarily with the sales team, solutions engineering team, as well as the marketing team. I take over the sales cycle as soon as marketing, as well as business development hands that off. We do discovery meetings, we do demo calls with our prospects as well as our solutions engineer team. And we also go through the entire sales cycle following that. So contract negotiations, implementation, working with professional services, so on and so forth.
What are some things you have enjoyed about working at Innovapptive?
Jorgie Milan: The biggest driver as well as the biggest thing that I really liked about Innovapptive was the vision from Sundeep our CEO as well as Stuart our CRO Their vision as well as just their passion for the organization was infectious and it really drove me over to the organization and I knew that this was an organization, one that was growing, a market that was growing, but also people that I could really grow with. In my previous role I felt I had kind of capped out where I was in regards to growing and learning. And I wanted something that was going to challenge me as well as help me grow in my professional career. And moving into Innovapptive was such a seamless transition. And the collaboration outside - from all of our business units has really helped me transition smoothly and have a great first two months in the role.
What is your mission at Innovapptive and how does it contribute to Innovapptive’s overall mission to connect workers?
Jorgie Milan: My mission here at Innovapptive is to ensure that we are continuing our success as well as our trajectory of growth. That is through making more and more sales. I enjoy partnering not only with other business units, but also partnering with our customers to ensure that we are meeting their overall goals, as well as Innovapptive's overall goal of the connected frontline worker.
What makes Innovapptive exciting over the next 5 years?
Jorgie Milan: Innovapptive is a great place to be. Every Monday we do a wall of progression and it just is so exciting to hear all the updates from all the business units. The biggest thing that I would say in five years is that Innovapptive's product is going to continue to grow, whether that be through new platforms or working with new customers. There's a huge vision for growth overall for Innovapptive and I'm more than excited to continue to see all of the growth that the company will be having - myself, as well as all of my coworkers and associates in the organization.
