Tell us about yourself (where you are from, interests, and hobbies).
Cindy Mayes: Hello. My name is Cindy Mayes. I was born in Houston, Texas with an ancestry from Sicily and Ireland. I am married to the love of my life and my high school sweetheart, we have been married for 42 years. We have three fantastic children and three grandchildren that are the love of my life. I have personal interest in archaeology, ancestry, geology, history and psychology. I love knowing about the past and why people did the things that they did and why they did them. My hobbies actually include wine tasting, traveling, gardening, crafting, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends.
Tell us about your role and your team at Innovapptive.
Cindy Mayes: I wear several hats in my role here at Innovapptive my title is the Senior Manager of A&E. And the Executive Assistant to the CEO. My days are spent arranging and scheduling, along with making sure everyone has exactly what they need to be successful at their job. I love getting to interact with all the staff members from all the business units in the Innovapptive family. I get to manage the operations of the home office and also assist the CFO in the finance department with the expense and tracking reporting.
What are some things you have enjoyed about working at Innovapptive?
Cindy Mayes: During my tenure at Innovapptive, I have enjoyed working with wonderful people while watching in Innovapptive grow and help create a new industry. With the technical world growing so fast, many companies have simply not kept up with today's technology and their abilities. They are still utilizing old methods and processes and in essence costing themselves time and money. Our solutions have proven their abilities to help overcome this. Knowing I'm working for an organization that is contributing to the success of others brings me great joy and satisfaction.
What is your mission at Innovapptive and how does it contribute to Innovapptive’s overall mission to connect workers?

They can increase their work capacity by 20% and reduce the downtime by 30% and get this. They can reduce their maintenance backlog by 60%. This will save our customers money and create a better working environment for their staff.
