Jennifer Scotton: I'm Jennifer Scotton. I'm the chief marketing officer at Constangy, and we've been using INform54 for about a year now.
What is the must-have feature that INform54 offers your firm? What can’t you live without?
Jennifer Scotton: Hands down, the real-time leaderboard and activity tracking features of INform54 have been a game changer for us. Prior to Inform 54, we had a points-based associate marketing teams program. However, it wasn't easy to see a leaderboard or for our associates to track their progress. Now, our associates can see exactly where they stand, how they stack up in terms of business development activities against others on their team, and the team leaders can easily and quickly see the activities that their team members have completed.
Jennifer Scotton: Plus, the automated point system has taken all the guesswork out of weighting and tracking activities. It's made everything so much easier and much more transparent for our associate marketing teams.
How has using INform54 improved your firm's business development program?
Jennifer Scotton: I'd say INform54 has completely transformed the way we manage our associate marketing teams program. Before, it was a very manual, time consuming process. My team was always trying to chase down updates or collect marketing goals and tracking progress in spreadsheets.

What should others know about the platform?
