Rajen Sheth: Hi, my name is Rajen Sheth and I run the product team for AI and Industry Solutions for Google Cloud.
How has allyship impacted your career? What advice would you give to other leaders about how to show up as an ally?
Rajen Sheth: I believe that allyship is incredibly important for the culture of a team and really bringing everybody together and understanding everybody's viewpoint. This is something that that we practice a lot within our team, but we need to do even more of. And so my advice to leaders is to really learn and understand what it means to be an ally. There's a lot of great material out there to learn that, and I think that's something that gives you kind of that first step towards knowledge of how to be a great ally.
