Kevin Dick: Hi, I'm Kevin Dick, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Carolina Small Business Development Fund, located in Raleigh, North Carolina. And in May 2022, we engaged Tracey Greene- Washington and the Indigo Innovation Group to be the keynote speaker at our annual Small Business Awards event. And Tracey was fantastic. As a small business owner herself, and as someone who has led many nonprofit and for profit initiatives, she really was able to speak passionately in a very heartfelt way about what it's like to pursue your dreams and really catch them as a small business owner. And she really inspired our board members, our staff members, federal legislators who attended, and most importantly, the small business owners who were being awarded and who may have been guests at the event. So, we really would endorse Tracey for any meeting facilitation, or keynote speaking needs. And we think that the Indigo Innovation Group is doing a great job, and we're really happy that we had a chance to work with them to help pull off a successful Small Business Awards event.
