Damian D Johnson: My name is Damian Johnson. I am a co-founder of No Grease Inc. Nights at a Razor, and No Greek School of Tonsorial Arts.
Why did you engage Tracey and Indigo Innovation Group, and what were the critical areas that I helped you focus on?
Damian D Johnson: I first started to engage with Tracey by way of her husband, Edmund, and their partnership with No Grease by being franchise owners with No Grease, North Lake and No Grease Premium, and so we began to kinda really build that relationship starting there. We started to really dig into what she was doing with Indigo Innovation Group later on, and we started to see the value and the things that she was doing there. And we were looking for a, a windy roads, those of you who know anything about billions, and she was that for us, she was the person that we felt that could help. No Grease start to journey down that space of really dealing with mental health and really holding each other accountable. And that's what she began to do to really help me with, which is really focusing on the health of the, the total person when it came to barbering. So, that was my first interaction and started to build this relationship with Tracey Washington and Indigo Innovation Group.
What expertise did I bring, and what was unique about working with me?
Damian D Johnson: Tracey brings a, I mean, she brings so much expertise when it comes to this, this art form that I call, you know, that I, I believe is a art is that's communication. She has this real high squeaky little voice, but it's a very powerful tool that she uses when communicating with people, and just watching her paint these pictures with words and the spirit behind what she's saying is really, to me is her superpower. Uh is a very special, special thing that she has communicating and the space where she comes from is, that space of love and gratitude and appreciation. So, Tracey is a, she's one of the superheroes out here and I'm very thankful and grateful to be a part of her life and have her a part of my life. So it's been a great, a great asset to me personally and to me as an organization, as a business. So keep going.

Damian D Johnson: Some of the biggest achievements I would say with Tracey and Indigo Innovation Group is the Razor program. The Razor program has been something that we all started together with and we've nurtured it and, of course, Tracey and her organization have been like the brainchild about really keeping it going and, and really starting to add, all these other bells and whistles to it. But, that Razor program has been something that has changed my life and change the lives of anyone who has been a part of it. And it has brought so much value to me, and to No Grease, and to the leaders of No Grease. Uh I mean, we've been, we've been so fortunate to have this collaboration with Tracey and Indigo. So, we're excited about the future and how this relationship is just gonna continue to grow. Damian D Johnson: I know this to be true that, working with people is really the key to success and happiness and joy in life, like really people of real high character and value and people who challenge you and hold you accountable and really want nothing but the best for you, your family. They wanna challenge you in spaces and places that maybe you have had some fears but yet, they hold your feet to the fire and if you have an opportunity to work with a person like that, it just brings so much fulfillment to your life and it opens up so many doors for you and then on your journey. So, working with Tracey, working with her team and her group with Indigo is, to me, is, priceless. So, if you have an opportunity any time in your life, if, if someone like that comes across, whether it be, a personal, social, or business opportunity, then you gotta take full advantage with it.
