Hi, everyone. My name is Gayatri. I'm a yoga practitioner and a yoga therapist. Today After a very stressful and hectic week, I got onto the mat to do a fairly long Asana & Pranayama practice. And by the end of it, I really felt a sense of expanse in my energy levels, which I had not felt for several weeks thanks to being a new mom. And then I was just reflecting on my journey with yoga for the past seven years. And I realized that what started out as a search for a tool to reach my goals and ambitions turned out to a journey of uncovering, discovering myself and really understanding every part of my being. And the one tool that really helped me was my breath. The question that started me off on this journey was what is my breath all about? What does it show me and what can it do for me? And that breath helped me navigate through various life situations, transitions and ups and downs.
