Can you tell us your story and why you chose IAS?
Soroush Yeganeh: Hi there, my name is Surun. Uh, my story is I was with another firm for more than 2 years and after not progressing at all with my case, I, uh, started looking online and I found IAS and I'm very happy with the service I got. It was a success story, and after being a couple of months with the firm, uh, my case was allowed in a hearing, and I had massive support from my caseworker.
Can you highlight a hurdle in your immigration journey and how IAS helped?
Soroush Yeganeh: Unfortunately there were lots of problems with my previous legal reps and there had been a lot of details that had gone unnoticed that could have been a massive problem and that was what led to my initial rejection. And when I switched to IAS, the responsiveness and experience from my caseworker helped me to. Sort those problems out and uh thankfully within a couple of months uh my case progressed and I was unable to win my appeal, which was quite reassuring from the caseworker to get back to me with his responsiveness and I'm quite grateful for that.
Would you recommend IAS to others? If yes, why?
Soroush Yeganeh: Yes, I would absolutely recommend IAS to anyone who wants to progress their case. In my case, it was a positive outcome. And the response and support I got from the firm was absolutely spot on, so I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get the support that they deserve.
