Speaker: Lisa Lulis

Lisa Lulis: So, I completely recommend IAS to anybody who is going to go on their immigration journey in the UK.

Can you tell us your story and why you chose IAS?

Lisa Lulis: Well, I have 2 stories to tell about IAS because I have used them twice. When I was trying to apply for indefinite leave to remain years ago, even though I was a British spouse, my husband and I did that by ourselves, and we did not seek any legal or professional counsel. And it got rejected and that created a lot of problems. So in order to correct that and to help our situation, we chose IAS to guide us and they were fantastic. They were fabulous, they were extremely thorough. They always answered all of our questions. They were there for us every time I, I, I made communication and I finally got my indefinite leave to remain status. So recently when it was time for me to apply for my British citizenship, it was only natural that I go back to IAS because of the fabulous service that I had in the beginning. And once again, the outcome has been very successful, and when I look back at everything, I can honestly say I'm so grateful to have had professional service helping me through this. Because it's very difficult. So, I completely recommend IAS to anybody who is going to go on their immigration journey in the UK.

Can you highlight a hurdle in your immigration journey and how IAS helped?

Lisa Lulis: One particular hurdle in my immigration journey will always be the fact that when I had applied for indefinite leave to remain. Because I had a certain status in Europe, despite the fact that I was American. That created a complexity around my application at the time that Brexit was newly launched, and so IAS were fantastic in searching out the exact pathway that I needed in order to complete that indefinite leave to remain process. There is there is no way I could have done that without them. And it took quite a lot of research, but in the end they were fabulous.

Would you recommend IAS to others? If yes, why?

Lisa Lulis: I would recommend IAS to any other. Other people who are going through an immigration process simply because of the consistency and the quality of service. It's excellent and I have two experiences to be able to attest to that, not just one.
