Tell us about you and your company
Arlene Ward: Hi, folks. My name is Arlene Ward, and I own Genesis Rehabilitation, which is located on Vancouver Island in British Columbia. We've been in business for about 25 years, providing disability management and vocational services throughout British Columbia, various other parts of Canada and on on occasion internationally,
Why did you choose iinsight? What do you love about iinsight?
Arlene Ward: we have about 14 people that utilise iinsight on a daily basis, and we are repeatedly advised by our consultants that they love the platform, that they enjoy being able to click in at any time to draw down files related to clients that they're working with, upload billings or send messages to people that they, um, are in communication with on a regular basis. What is key for us is the seamless nature that iinsight provides to us when it comes to both the consultant side, where they are working with files directly and then the administration side, which is more where I'm involved with. So at any given time, I can take a look at who's online, who's doing what and what their billings are, who is billing in what area and possibly not in another area. We can also take that data and translate it into reports and from that area. We can then see where we can augment services where we can go back to insight and ask where we may be missing something and receive tech help from their end.

Arlene Ward: Even though we're located in Canada, we find that our tech support is seamless as well, because they have individuals throughout the world that follow the clock. Follow the sun and we're never without an answer. Typically, within hours of putting in a ticket,
Would you recommend iinsight?
Arlene Ward: I suggest strongly that you consider utilising iinsight, for us - it has saved us a complete administration position, which here in Canada is about 50 to $60,000 a year, as well as countless hours on our part. So, for example, for me to put in an invoice that, to an individual client of which we're working with that has about 250 individual invoices within the invoice, it now takes us less than two hours. It used to take us two days.
