1. Tell us about you and your company. This is a chance for you to share your business to the world.
Naomi Peprah: Hi, everyone. My name is Naomi, and my second name is Peprah. I am the director of wholehearted care and support services. I love using iinsight. It is one of the most powerful platforms. My workers enjoy using it, and I've used several platforms that I wasn't happy with. But I think I'm really happy with what iinsight brings into my daily life. It's so easy, it's so comfortable, everything is unique and it helps me to keep up with my work.
2. What were you searching for in a Software before finding iinsight.
Naomi Peprah: I've always been searching for a very reliable, easy to use and cheaper platform for my organisation, and I've found iinsight to be one of the best platforms that I have ever used, and I think it's the most convenient and the most easy. And what I like about it is I always get help whenever I want.
3. Can you share any examples of how iinsight has improved your operations?
Naomi Peprah: I think my support workers especially struggle with the other platforms that I was using before and I found that they find iinsight very easy to use and also very useful. It's very hard for some of them to write the names, the dates and everything, and include it in the progress reports. However, with iinsight, everything is organised and easy to use. So I find the operation of my organisation improved in this regard and I'm very, very happy that everyone is comfortable with iinsight.
4. What advice would you give to other people who are currently looking for a Software Platform?
Naomi Peprah: after knowing what iinsight is doing for me and my organisation. I think if you bring hundreds of platforms or software to me, I would definitely go for iinsight. It is unique, It is reliable and very helpful. I have introduced this to other friends and I'm hoping the whole world will join. Especially, This is very useful for NDIS providers and any other organisation who use case management and write progress reports for clients. Thank you.
5. Ultimately - tell us why you chose iinsight and not another software?
Naomi Peprah: I think I chose iinsight for my organisation because the other platforms that or the other softwares that I have always been using, never had people that you can contact and have or get information or support with in terms of, technical support. Then someone introduced me to iinsight, and it was so amazing where the workers were up and doing. I'm so proud of Kym and the team. They are incredible. I've gotten a lot of support. I email them, message them whenever I want, call them and they are always ready to pick up my call. And I think because of this, the frustration in getting in touch with people to solve the technical issue has been so easy for me with iinsight. And I am very, very happy with iinsight, and there's nothing that would change my mind from using the software
