1. Tell us about you and your company. This is a chance for you to share your business to the world.
Marko Bajic: Hi, I'm Marco Bade, general manager of quality and compliance with the ORS Group. ORS is a leading allied health services provider specialising in NDIS Allied Health Services, Medicare, Workplace Rehabilitation and Health and other private allied health services. ORS currently has in excess of 650 employees nationally and 16 sites across Australia.
2. How has iinsight helped to improve your business? What were you searching for in a Software before finding iinsight.
Marko Bajic: our business has definitely improved. Since introducing insight into its operations. I feel that the software is very scalable. It has grown with the business. It's very easy to use. We continuously get positive feedback from all our users. I feel that such functions, like the auto population of templates, bulk invoicing, the ability to, you know, see the client's journey from start to finish and the fact that the software is very customisable. I know that personally, we have made so many changes internally without the need to go to, the guys over at, Be Software. When we do reach out to them, though, the customer service that we receive is excellent.
3. Can you share any examples of how iinsight has improved your operations?
Marko Bajic: I think a perfect example of how iinsight has improved our business operations would most definitely tie into the, auto population of information into templates. As you can imagine, being an allied health provider, we have some reports in excess of, you know, 3040 pages now, prior to introducing insight, that would be the responsibility of the consultant to, complete that template manually. You know, in a word document, let's say where iinsight - It has the ability to prepopulate the, client data and any other data that lives within the software. Therefore, really cutting the time that, our consultants are spending on these administrative tasks, and that has really, really helped our business operations.
4. What advice would you give to other people who are currently looking for a Software Platform?
