Mandy Pickett: Hi. My name is Mandy. I live in the Northern Rivers. I'm a support coordinator and a psychosocial recovery coach for the NDIS. And what can I tell you? I'm super busy and just I was looking for something that was super easy to navigate around without being a savvy tech-kid

Mandy Pickett: ...in software was something that was easy to use, something that if there was any problems, that I was going to be able to access somebody. You know, it's like that right here, right now, when something's going wrong, the panic sets in. And, um and I think that for people who aren't tech savvy, to have all of those functions that, like auto population, the templates, the bulk invoicing, all of those things to simplify stuff so that you can get on with doing the do rather than having to do all of those admin tasks which can sometimes just take up so much time. And in between doing your admin, you know, you've got crisises happening. You've got people that need your time. So it was something that you could access easily. And as I said, if something goes wrong, you have the team there and nine out of 10 times. It's something that can be resolved easily, and, it's really simplistic.

Mandy Pickett: Prior to, iinsight, I was doing everything. It it was just so time consuming my invoices. I was doing each invoice individually. Then after the invoice was paid and sending them off after the invoice was paid, then going back through, you know, the remittance and, you know, taking off and, you know, just fiddling all of those those little things that were so time consuming. And you know, if if an invoice wasn't right, then having to go back and start again and just all the all the things that the little things that taking up so much time and I think it was, iinsight had just simplified everything. Everything is there, it's all connected. And you can add and takeaway, uh, for me, the different line items working in the NDIS ..it's huge. There's so many of them and you can go through and you can add you can take them off, and it's simplifying the whole thing without having to go through and create a whole a whole new template. You can change things quite easily, and if you have any problems, you can easily jump on and talk to somebody at iinsight, and it's never too much trouble for them. They're fabulous. I would highly recommend them. I have annoyed them so many times, and any time that they have come back, it's It's been within half an hour and they've been fabulous. It's like, don't stress. It's an easy fix and, you know and and the pressure has just been taken off straight then and there completely recommend.

Mandy Pickett: I don't think there's a lot to say here. I think, for anyone looking for advice on what software platform to use iinsight, it's simple, It's easy. They throughout the whole process, they talk to you. They share screens. They jump on it so personalised. And it's tailored to your your business to what you want. using your logos, using everything that screams your business. And I think that they are so approachable and so easy to deal with, I would I would recommend them any day of the week.

Mandy Pickett: I chose iinsight because I had read a whole lot of things about other software. I'd spoken to a lot of people asked around about who was using what, and the word that kept coming up all the time was iinsight. Everybody, a lot of my colleagues are using it and have found it to be, It works, everything that we we need to do and and we're all different in in what we do. But using this software is so, flexible that you can you can make it your own. You can do what you want with it, and the team will help you every step of the way. I think it's just a fabulous, it's fabulous software. And yeah, do yourself a favour and and jump on and have a look.
