Can you describe your experience with the Invisalign process at our practice and how it compared to any expectations you might have had?"
Aimee Summers: Hello, my name's Amy and I'm here to tell you a little bit about my Invisalign journey with Serena and the team at eye surgeries. So I came to Serena as a really nervous, anxious dental patient, having had some bad experiences and I also had crooked teeth buck teeth overcrowding and over by and under by everything going on in my mouth that I had kind of thought would never be resolved. Um I didn't think Invisalign was something that was an option for me. Um However, I came along to the Invisalign day and I was treated like a queen. There was no pressure to undertake the treatment. It was purely a preview. I was able to see a prediction, a computer generated idea of what my teeth could look like with the Invisalign. And I was shocked about the amount of changes that could be made in such a short space of time. So I decided to go ahead and I've been treated like a VIP ever since. Um So I have regular appointments with Serena for adjustments on my teeth and to collect my aligners, but it's been relatively easy. Um I change out my aligners every Tuesday I change the aligner. I do that at home. Um It's really easy. It's really simple. I'm very good at the instructions. I adhere to those instructions and I wear my liner religiously and as a result of that, look at the change in my teeth. So I can't share a photo of what they looked like before, but I can assure you that the change is absolutely magnificent. Um I don't have any pictures of me and my Children in which I'm smiling properly because I would always hide that smile. But now I'm learning to smile again and I've chosen to have whitening at the end of this program because I want everyone to say, wow, look at your teeth and look at my teeth. They are fantastic and I've still got seven trays to go. Just imagine what the results will be like. So if you can and you want to undertake your Invisalign journey, I would highly recommend doing so with Serena and the team at eye surgeries.
How soon did you start to notice changes in your teeth alignment, and how did that make you feel?"
Aimee Summers: So when I first had my aligners fitted in May time. This year, I began to record daily um photographic evidence of the changes in my teeth. Um and it was difficult at first to see any change because I was observing them all the time. But when I reflect back on those videos, I certainly saw a massive difference even after that 1st and 2nd tray. So a week, two weeks of um treatment and that really made me think. Wow, this is possible. I can have the smile of my dreams and it really, really buoyed my confidence, confidence that I'd never had before with my smile. Um So it made me feel really happy.
How is Ice Surgeries different and why would you recommend Ice Surgeries to a friend or loved one?
Aimee Summers: So eye surgeries is different. It's a friendly, welcoming, um comfortable environment, even though it's a dentist, I'm always comfortable there. Um When I, when I come for an appointment, um the staff are wonderful. They're friendly. It's like a little family. Um I always recommend ice to friends and family, not just for Invisalign but, but for dental treatment as well, you're always treated with dignity with respect and they're always as delighted as I am about my progress with my teeth.
