Speaker: Luis D. Camejo, BIZBROS

Luis D. Camejo: Hey, um, I really joined the group because with all the things that we have to do every single day, sometimes being in the business or so in it, we lose sight of the big goal, the markers, the things that we actually have to do to move the needle forward. Um, so I needed a way to stay accountable, not just with my team but with also with external people that sometimes that works better, Right? So, um, I love the fact that it's just 10 minutes. It's not like a 30 minute coaching call, one hour coaching call. Um, you know, and sometimes we do get into some of that, but it is very quick is either I did it or not and I love how Bart and his team runs the whole experience because it makes you take action in the things that actually matter. Uh that was my need at the time. And three months later, here we are, we're still executing and doing great.

Luis D. Camejo: attending um, every day I was very concerned with with the commitment, right? Because we're on calls with what I do. I'm on calls almost every single day all day. But it's not friction that there's no friction whatsoever. It's 10 minutes a day for me, it's at nine a.m. In the morning. I'm Eastern time, so it really helps me. And uh, I love it because that's the start of my working day, even sometimes I'm a little earlier, but that is the start of my calls and I love it because it puts me in a place where I'm already committing to executing on things that are coming up the next day. So it's super easy. We just jump on that zoom call and we're ready to rock and roll.

Luis D. Camejo: I mean, there's a few things that we've achieved right, that I probably attribute to this call once, I think it's probably the most important and dear to our heart is that we finally decided on how to give back. We've been thinking about this for a long time and we found a mission and it's something that we feel really connected with the sports back in our country where we're from. So initial moves have started, we thought about this initial idea like two years ago and we're finally making it happen because of these commitments. Um, we're sponsoring a couple of kids that play soccer down there and you know, that could lead to bigger and better things. Um, in the business side, it's probably have been the most productive three months of my life. I'm achieving it. And you know, we keep track of all those staffs and just going back and look at all the things that we've achieved. It's great, it's helped us deploy pipelines, it's helped us deploy different strategies that we talked about in, uh, in many meetings, but then action is not taken. So it really helped us do that money wise. It helped us quadruple sales in the last three months on the monthly recurring, which for us it has been, we're about to hit a record month in the last two years. So lots of good things because of these little steps that we're taking every single day

Luis D. Camejo: do I think colors should joined that they collected? Absolutely. I mean, the time commitment for the tradeoff of time commitment versus the results that you get is a no brainer. It's incredible. Um, for us it's meant so much we've struggled because sometimes we don't stay accountable with ourselves, which we should, but sometimes we don't. Right. And I think this is an amazing platform that doesn't require too much time, doesn't require too much investment. And it helps you achieve the results that you want to get at the end of the day. Right? So, Absolutely. And come join.
