Speaker: Jim Edwards
Jim Edwards: So Bart invited me to be a part of his, I Do Epic Accountability, and it has been absolutely amazing.
Jim Edwards: You know, I thought that I already had this stuff nailed because you know, I've been doing this for forever and I've got my whole system down. What what good is it gonna do me to show up and have just to tell people what I'm gonna do? But I can tell you that having that accountability every day, it gives me a milestone to build around. So I got all the stuff I know I got to get done before and I got all the stuff I know I got to get done after so that I live up to and keep my word to myself and the other people I make the commitments to in front of the group and it's been super, super helpful and I'm getting a lot more stuff done.
Jim Edwards: I'd say the biggest result that I've achieved from being a part of the group is, I've just been more conscious of my use of time and I mean, I've always been, I'd say a high achiever, but this is making me a lot more conscious about what I'm doing, where I'm spending my time keeping things in mind and absolutely have gotten some big stuff done in the last couple of months that probably would have just kept getting shoved to the side and shoved to the side, so it's been really valuable.
Jim Edwards: I think if you are one of those people that wants to get more done in your business, in your life, if there's a goal or an objective that has just been escaping you and you just can't seem to quite get it done or stay focused long enough. This is absolutely a wonderful idea and you might think to yourself, I could just create an accountability group with my friends. Well no, you can't because if that was gonna work, you would have done it already. What makes it work is a combination of the social pressure and the financial commitment as well as the esteem that we hold Bart in. And it absolutely is a system that will work for you if you actually want to get stuff done.
