Speaker: Tyler Hardin
Which course or program did you enroll in at HVACRedu.net
Tyler Hardin: Good morning, everybody. My name is Ty. Tyler Harden from Ty's Mechanical in New Hope, Minnesota. I have just taken the quality exam from HVACRedu.net I appreciate them for providing us this opportunity and appreciate them for all of the resources that they provide the HVAC/R community for all the heating and cooling experts out there. Some things that we're covered, were great. I do like how the exam was particular about different sections of knowledge that kind not to do with exactly refrigeration. So that's a good thing because then you learn more of your you're gonna learn more of your trade, what you should really know the whole nine yards of. So overall a good site and very good resources. I would highly recommend this to uh any other heating or cooling companies or technicians that are looking to become possibly NATE, certified or need some more literature and learning. And I thank HVACRedu.net for everything that they have provided me and my company. And thank you very much.
How well do you feel the course or program met your expectations? Can you share any specific experiences or examples?
Tyler Hardin: I feel that the course at HVACRedu.net the program that they provided exceeded my expectations for asking different questions in different fields unrelated to refrigeration. As far as insulation and other aspects of heat load calculations. And you know some other questions in there that we're definitely exceeding my expectations from this experience. Thank you.
Has attending HVACRedu.net helped your career? If so, how?
Tyler Hardin: HVACRedu.net has tremendously helped the career of me and my technicians thoroughly by providing knowledge for NATE certification and other literature for learning these programs. I highly recommend that if you have not, that you would seek the references that they provide and take the time to learn this knowledge and pass it down because it's not about what you have learned. It's about what you're gonna learn and how to retain it all and then provide that to your customers in the community and use that in your field of service.
Would you recommend our courses or programs to others? Why or why not?
Tyler Hardin: Yes, I would highly recommend HVACRedu.ne to any of and all of HVAC/R refrigerant techs, commercial or residential to seek this information that they are providing. It is highly useful and will teach you to do your job more properly, more thoroughly. And that can just lead to bigger and better things for your company and provide the community with great resources that may not have been known before.
Were there any areas you think could be improved? If so, what are they and how do you think they could be better?
Tyler Hardin: I do think uh there is one improvement to HVACRedu.net's quality assessment test which could be improved by having a mandatory training session that goes over just some basic literature, maybe some more in depth stuff for technicians so they can brush up on their dealings before attempting this test. Otherwise, I think they have a lot of other great resources on the back and behind the quality assessment test as far as the NATE certification training and how to become NATE certified, which is a great thing to share with the HVAC community. Thank you.
