Which course or program did you enroll in at HVACRedu.net

Papa Jim Pivonka: Hello, my name is Papa Jim Pivonka. We live in California, Southern California, Carbon Canyon. Which course or program did you enroll in at HVACRedu.net? Thinking back now many years, the first program was, It'sAboutQ because it helped me get a voucher for a free test for one of my certifications.

How well do you feel the course or program met your expectations? Can you share any specific experiences or examples?

Papa Jim Pivonka: It'sAboutQ was the best thing that I could do at the time for me to get my certifications on the road to completions and understanding all that was becoming more and more technical in our industry. Can you share any specific experiences or examples? My biggest experience was with all the Student Services and how they would help me any time I come up against something I didn't quite understand and the technical angle, I'm not a computer wizard. So they really, really helped when anything to do with the Programs and the modules came up. I thank them more than I can from my heart.

Has attending HVACRedu.net helped your career? If so, how?

Papa Jim Pivonka: If so how, when I got done with, it's about Q I got an annual subscription, one year subscription which helped keep all my certifications up to date by the continued education hours. I had so much come out of that. I can't even start to explain. It was just such the biggest experience for me to have that to go to on my own time in my own efforts. And there was still all the student services and the technical angle. It was all a very, very experience, a very good experience.

Would you recommend our courses or programs to others? Why or why not?

Papa Jim Pivonka: I have tried many times to tell the youngsters in this business coming up mostly seeing them in the warehouses that they need to do extra above their installer job. They can get an Installer Certification or they can really continue and get their service qualifications, their certifications. I would always tell them if they don't succeed, they can keep trying and finally get to the point where they feel more comfortable doing it. I offered to help and I have helped in a couple of instances to get the guys started on the road. I can't tell you enough times how many people I've talked to. I just hope that you're always getting good back feed feedback from all the kids who are out in the business.

Were there any areas you think could be improved? If so, what are they and how do you think they could be better?

Papa Jim Pivonka: I have all the confidence that you folks are attempting to constantly upgrade, improve, make it easier, make it better. I've, I've helped in a few of the polls where you gave me one unit for continued education credits. I thank you for that. When I responded to a survey. Couple, three of those, I don't know how many you've made, but I try to stay up with them. I don't see how you could be doing any better than you already are to get us guys all brought up and brought through the certification process. If so, what are they? And how do I think you could do it better? There's only one thing I can say to do better. I have tried the Senior Level Efficiency Experts Efficiency Analyst three times and I've always failed and had such a difficult time. 'dumb'-that-one-down a little. That's the only thing I can say. I don't know how many men, women have gotten through that test. I'd be interested to find out. I know I've tried. You guys are doing great.
