Nicloe O'Neal: So, I enrolled in the, HVAC/R Apprenticeship Program.
How well do you feel the course or program met your expectations? Can you share any specific experiences or examples?
Nicloe O'Neal: You know, so I'm actually really satisfied and very happy how comprehensive this program is. The certifications that you receive while completing the course work is amazing. Good example would be the NATE certification which basically is, is a must in our industry. So, this is a great program. Absolutely great program.
Has attending HVACRedu.net helped your career? If so, how?
Nicloe O'Neal: So I can definitely say that the program has definitely assisted me in my career. Just becoming NATE certified has actually helped me get a 'major brain', should I say so? definitely, and I look forward to obtaining my 608 universal certification just to definitely be able to have that under my belt. And also once again, get another raise and hopefully a promotion.
Would you recommend our courses or programs to others? Why or why not?
Nicloe O'Neal: As far as me recommending this program to others. Absolutely. When you're working, you know, pass pass, once you graduate, put it this way from your high school and college and you actually get into the workforce, going back to school is very hard, especially when we're talking about A brick and mortar school, but being able to complete these courses online at home on my own time, definitely makes this program one of a kind, at least for me that is it, the flexibility and just, you know, confidence, knowing that I not rush necessarily, I don't have a set schedule but that I can you know, finish these courses on my own time, like I said, and get them to have enough time to study is just, it's unmatched. So definitely, I would recommend this to anyone that I know who's trying to uh enter the um H VAC industry. For sure.
Were there any areas you think could be improved? If so, what are they and how do you think they could be better?
Nicloe O'Neal: Honestly, the only areas of improvement or area, should I say just one of improvement that I can think of would honestly be extending the student services, department hours, either that or having some sort of a chat for issues or, you know, anything that we need help with a good example would be signing up for the, I believe it's what is it the Blue House energy login. So getting that information um after business hours or if not, not being able to extend it, having that information readily available, as soon as we receive our enrollment information, that would be great just having that in the log in information ready to go. So that as we progress through the first module, it's, it's ready to go. Yeah, that, that's about it honestly.
