Could you describe a time that Hutchbug helped you?
Hello, my name is Kyle Peterson. I'm the CEO of Atlas Benefit Consulting. And we use HutchBug. We've been using them for just a little over a year, year and a half now. And we were having to take her own phone calls as we were growing our brokerage. And we learned about the service and, and it was interesting to us because we were basically slaves to our phone. So they were able to communicate how we could even do training with their team so that they could adopt and adapt our value system and really represent us when they're talking to us. And they were, it's amazing that HutchBugs is able to kind of put on many hats. They can represent us when they're answering for us and then they can hang up the phone and answer for someone else's organization and represent them and, and they're familiar with all the different kind of CRM's out there. and they're, and they're professional, they're also receptive to feedback because no one's perfect and I have high expectations. So, every time I've come down and say, hey, fix this crap, they've been able to fix it. and not only that they want to fix it. And so I value that. As iron sharpens iron a friend, sharpens a friend. And so, you know, we pay about 275 bucks a month based on our current load and it's more than worth it if you think about what your time is worth. You know, it's saving us hours of work for 278 bucks. Easy, easy day. So I recommend at least give them a shot. You can always cancel a contract, right? But I think that if you move forward with them, you'll be surprised and you'll find a lot of time to invest in your mental health, your personal wealth, your you know, just free time or even in your business, you can, you get time back and time is money. So, yeah, I give him my recommendation.
