Could you describe a time that Hutchbug helped you?

Christopher Robin: We contacted HutchBug in 2013. I'm own a cleaning business called Lolli Maids. And we really needed an answering service or a call center in order to answer all the calls because I was out in the field at that time and I was working constantly and I didn't have the ability to answer all the calls that were coming in. HutchBug really was able to fill that gap and, free up my time so that I could concentrate on the things that I needed to. And since that time, their role has grown with our company as our company has grown. So have they and the services that they provide have been custom tailored to our business. So, for example, there are many times when they make decisions for us or if something needs to be done, they take care of it. I mean, they really are a one stop solution. Call center, it's not like a regular call center that you would expect. Call centers typically have a certain mold that they fit into, but HutchBug doesn't fit that mode. If you need them to do something special. Most likely they'll be able to do it. You just need to talk to them and ask them if they can and they will, in most cases. So you're looking at a custom tailored solution for your business, which is not something you're gonna find anywhere really. This is a unique solution. So I would say without a doubt that HutchBug is a reason, majority reason why our business has become successful and reached the level that it has. And it's also the reason why our business runs as smooth, as smooth as it does. Because honestly, they really do a wonderful job. I mean, it's just incredible what they do and, and the service that they provide the value that you get from them, you're not going to find anywhere else. So anyway, I hope this helps anyone else that's considering using them. They are a cut above the rest. How would you describe Hutchbug in three words?

Christopher Robin: I would describe HutchBug in three words, I would say that they're personable. They're very personable, flexible and that means that they're willing to work with you and, and they're flexible in whatever approach you need them to use. That's very important when you're trying to run your business because not every you know, business or solution is cookie cutter. And sometimes you need, if you're gonna be working with another company for them to be flexible and to tailor their business and wrap it around yours in order to be a complete transparent solution for you. And I would say, lastly that they're professional, They are very professional the way they answer the phone, the way they handle things, where they make decisions, everything is done from a professional level. And so these are the three words and qualities I would describe HutchBug Having worked with them for almost 10 years now. I would say they're the best and you're not going to be disappointed.

Why is Hutchbug different from other similar companies or services?

Christopher Robin: So how is HutchBug different? They're different. Even though they're a call center and there's a lot of call centers out there and most call centers are very rigid in the way that they go about things. They're not flexible and, they do things one way and you either fit their way or you don't fit. And as a business, we need it to be the other way around. We need the call center or the people answering the phone to wrap their, their business around our business. And that is exactly what HutchBug does. They wrap their business around ours and they become part of our business, not just an external company. They are, like they're our staff. I mean, it's almost like they're just here with us. So they are, I do consider them our extended office staff and I don't see them any different than, I don't see them different, like a call center. I see them as part of our company and it's been that way for a long time now. They make decisions on our, on our behalf. They're flexible, they know how to speak to the customers, they're professional, they know how our business operates and they're right there with us the whole, the whole step. So if you want a company that's flexible and is going to wrap their business around yours so that you can become one big team and be successful because really in this industry and other and other industries, like ours, this is really what you need. And I would highly recommend them to anybody that I know uh that has a business that's looking for a solution. because this is the company to go with. They, they are small, they are personable, but they get the job done, right! And at the end of the day, that's what's important.
