T. Perry Allen : Good afternoon. My name is Perry. I'm a pharmacy technician at the UVA Specialty Pharmacy. What I enjoy the most about working here with the UVA specialty pharmacy is the fact that it does feel so much like a team. I previously worked for a major retail chain, pharmacy, and, you know, we all worked well together, but there were a lot of times where it seemed like there really wasn't so much a team as it was a bunch of people were working individually for the same goal. When I come into work day in, day out, it's more of a family feel than pretty much any job that I've had since I can remember. Everybody's going to need help pitch in and, you know, answer whatever questions you may have. They are super understanding when you're, you know, having trouble trying to figure something out, they help you work through it. There's no frustration about trying to help, you know, why you're not figuring it out. Just some of the most amazing people that I've had the pleasure to associate myself with.
