What motivated you to join the HouseJet Pay Per Closing program?
Pam Moody: Hi, I'm Pam Moody. So, the house debt paper closing program, what made me apprehensive to start with? I had already bought leads in the past and nothing came of them. I just spent a lot of money and that was probably the biggest thing that I was afraid of. But when they talked about a guarantee and then they were gonna give me the initial money back after my first closing. Uh, it almost seemed too good to be true but it actually is true. So, uh, I did just have a closing three months into the program. I've done my first closing. I should have the money here in the next couple of days. Um, that and also them telling me that, uh, if nothing happens in a year, as long as I work the program that I would get my money back. So, why not? It's kind of almost, I guess the way I kind of started to think of it and I hate to say it is like a no brainer. It means we'll give it a try. Um, I am getting leads that you have to call them, you have to follow through on them. Um, they're gonna get, you're still gonna get people that say no, but these are people that initially have clicked on your ad and do want to talk to somebody. So you have to reach out to them and kind of find out what they want. Um, I have found that if they don't answer, don't leave a message, just keep trying again and eventually they will get curious and they will answer. Um, I give it a try. You have nothing to lose. You really don't and everything to gain and there are better quality leads than what you, um, are just gonna purchase anywhere else is my opinion. And that's what I've, that's what I've seen. I've got people that I've set up in my, um, CRM and they're just still looking and they're starting to get a little more motivated as long as you are reaching out to them and, and, and being real, they're gonna talk to you. What do you like most about your program so far?
Pam Moody: So what do I like most about the program so far? It's effortless in a lot of ways the, the leads come in. Then I can, I start working them. I've got a phone number, I've got an email. Um, so I can just start figuring out what they want. Some of them actually have, um, answer a few questions and you might have an idea of what price point they're looking for. Um, I can also do my reverse look up, I can find out what their address is where they're at. If they haven't answered any questions, it's easy for me to use their phone number and do a backtrack, find out where they're living now. Get a little more information. Uh, puts me kind of a step ahead.
What are you most excited about moving forward?
Pam Moody: So what am I most excited about moving forward? Just continuing to work. The leads, get to know the program. Um There's some scripts um starting to learn how to use videos. Um I think Mike set it up so you can learn a lot and start moving and getting better at, at your business. So I'm looking forward to getting more leads, more money, money for everybody. It would be great.
