Please can you tell us about your experience with House Buyer Bureau.
Trevor White: We found ourselves in a position where my father in law needed to sell his apartment. He lost his wife unfortunately, and there was a need for him to move into long term care. He had a very nice apartment in a high rise block on the promenade in Morecombe. Um, Unfortunately, because it was a high rise block, it wasn't easily mortgageable. We started to run into problems. We needed to make a sale because we needed to secure his long term future in the care home. So we contacted House Buyer Bureau and spoke with Dorothy. And from there, things moved really well. I've got to say things moved promptly We agreed a sale figure. Surveys were done, Uh, Solicitors appointed by the House Buyer Bureau, uh, and brought to a conclusion and a sale to the House Buyer Bureau at a price we were quite happy with, yes we are. Um, would I recommend House Buyer Bureau again? Er, well, of course I would, because we had such a good experience with them. Um, certainly worth talking to if you find yourself in a position where you want to make it quick sale.
