Please can you tell us about your experience with House Buyer Bureau.
Tim: Hi, everyone. My name's Tim. I'm just currently sat in the living room of my new house, which myself and my partner have just managed to acquire courtesy of House Buyer Bureau.
Tim: Obviously, they're not gonna offer you full market value, but you should know before you go into the process roughly how much of a drop you're prepared to take. And certainly in our case, we knew we weren't going to get full market value. But it has allowed us to get actually our ideal property, which we're extremely happy with.
Tim: The process is basically fairly straightforward, House Buyer Bureau are very communicative, very easy to get in touch with Suzanne and Kerrie. Extremely helpful all the way through the process for us.
Tim: It has major major benefits, and I would strongly suggest that if you want to move and you've got a property eyed up and you don't want to let it slip away, it's certainly very much worth considering.
