Suzanne: Hello, I'm really pleased to be able to offer a positive review of my experience with the House Buyer Bureau, who purchased the house from me for cash in the last few weeks. And from day one I can say that I dealt with Dorothy and Kerrie from the House Buyer Bureau who were at all times clear, concise and honest with me, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I had a house that had been let and I wanted to sell it. I didn't want an empty house. I didn't want the trouble of going on the open market myself with an estate agent, so I contacted the House Buyer Bureau after doing some searching online for companies that buy your house or your property for cash. Dorothy answered the phone to me and she was from the moment I spoke to her very positive, very engaging. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she explained the process clearly and concisely to me. She gave me some background on the House Buyer Bureau, and I sent her a postcode while we were on the phone with the photos of my property, and Dorothy was really positive. Um, again, I had lots of questions. I had questions throughout the process. And she put my mind at ease the whole time. I went away to think about this, and when I rang again. Dorothy again was engaging, and she answered all my questions and she made me feel at ease. I also dealt with a lady called Kerrie from the House Buyer Bureau who at all times again couldn't have been more helpful. She was fantastic. So I agreed let's go down this road um because I wanted the house gone. My tenant was moving out and I wanted it gone.

Suzanne: The survey went ahead straight away, and Kerrie kept in contact with me the whole time, uh, keeping me updated, and I received a copy of that within within 48 hours, the same time they received it. And an offer was made. We discussed the offer on the phone, Kerrie and I, and I had already been appointed a solicitor by the House Buyer Bureau at no cost to myself. Everything was done online. All the sellers pack was done. And Kerrie said, You know, this is the this is what we can offer you. I went away and thought about it. I came straight back with a yes. And then from the moment I said yes to the offer, we'd agreed a price. I think it was only 4 working days, and the money was in my bank. It was fantastic. So again, I, I, I have had the most positive experience with this company, the House Buyer Bureau. Their staff, um, are fabulous. Dorothy and Kerrie took a lot of questions for me. Sometimes the same questions 3 or 4 times. I needed my mind at ease. It's a big thing selling to a company. You have never met, who you have only read reviews online, and it's a process I've never been through before with a company like this, but I would say, yes, I would do it again 100%. And as long as you are realistic about the price, the process is just so easy. And ask them some questions, phone them up, see what they can do for you. And I, I don't think you'll be disappointed. I think you'll be delighted. I was, so thank you, House Buyer Bureau. I've got money in the bank and I've now moved on with my life.
