Please can you tell us about your experience with House Buyer Bureau.
Sean wolfe: I used House Buyer Bureau, purely because I felt that they were very professional when I contacted them. They, didn't hassle me. They give me a price. The price was set, and if they didn't go through with that price, and they give me £1000 which they promised me, um, when we didn't have to renegotiate due to maintenance on the house. The house had been up for sale for a good year. It had been sold a couple of times and then fallen through. Due to my health reasons I needed to get rid of the house, and they were absolutely brilliant, professional. Um, they understood the reason why I wanted to sell the house. I absolutely, truly recommend them to anybody who, needs to sell. And sell quick. The solicitors they used were great. Again, didn't hassle me. And the money went in very early in the morning. So as you weren't hanging around with the keys. And just told me to post the keys off. There was a £500 retainer, until the house was checked, which was paid very, very quickly to me.
