Speaker: Scott's feedback
Scott's feedback: Hi there, just a quick video from me to give you our experience of dealing with the House Buyer Bureau recently for the sale of our family house. Um, it's quite a sensitive sale for us, we had elderly people involved and I've got to say that both Dorothy and Kerrie at HBB were extremely empathetic towards that. It was a very positive experience. The process was, smooth, pretty quick, efficient. And like I say, they really did go the extra mile to try and support us through what was quite a challenging time, as you can imagine. I just wanted to also point out that there might be some cynicism from you out there if you're thinking about going with HBB if they're supplying the solicitors. But I've got to say that the solicitors that we were put in touch with were, acted completely independently and absolutely on our behalf during the sale. It was just like we'd picked our own solicitors really. So, you know, I just wanted to just put that out there because I can imagine that some people might be sceptical about that. And then just a a point for me to note, I think it might have been helpful if, you know, the sort of guide prices were given after the survey was conducted. Rather than prior to it. Because once the survey was done, the price was pretty much fixed really. But we did have a couple of occasions we had to go back to, to the family to sort of advise the prices change slightly. But it's not really negative, it's just, um, something that I'll probably point out. But anyway, generally speaking, a very positive experience and we wish you well with whatever you choose to do with the, the house, that is now yours, and again, thanks to everybody at HBB for, for helping us out, Really appreciate it Thank You.
