Rob: Hi, we used the House Buyer Bureau late on last year when the sale of our own house fell through, and we were literally at the point of exchanging contracts, it was literally contracts were signed, and our buyer pulled out and we were at very, very high risk of losing our onward purchase. Which we really did not want to do. From the first meeting I had, well phone call sorry, with, the House Buyer Bureau, they were very honest, very open. They're very upfront. They said from from the start that they would offer around 80% of the market value for our house, which they did and they, they paid out without issue. It all went through very smoothly. There was a couple of hiccups, but it was mainly because, we were selling a new build and the, developer hadn't submitted all the plans correctly. But they were very professional in sorting it all out and I would definitely recommend using the House Buyer Bureau.
