Peter: My wife and I were, were really getting fed up with the normal house selling process. We were trying to sell our property through through an estate agent. And we were just having no success, we waited months, didn't have many viewers. Those that did come were, you know, making sort of rude comments about the house and so on, so we, we were getting a bit, um, a bit fed up with the whole process, So I decided to look into the house buying companies, and I was aware that after doing research that there are sort of pitfalls, there are some companies that will try and sort of reduce the price right at the end of the process and, and catch you out and so on, and I did look at The Advisory website and one of the recommended companies was House Buyer Bureau. So I gave them a call and I was pleasantly surprised. They were really helpful really straightforward. We, you know, we, I, I was aware right from the start that we would only get probably 75% more or less of the, the value of my property, the market value, um. But the, the offer we got was was acceptable. It enabled us to move, so uh I decided we we'd go ahead with this and I was pleasantly surprised. The House Buyer Bureau were very sort of straightforward, very efficient. Dealt with some nice people on the phone, um, Dorothy and Suzanne, and, we had Kerrie who was our point of contact. She was very good. And we got the agreed offer and we decided to to go ahead with it. Um. And it was a very pleasant process. There were, the company were very professional. And we agreed, we couldn't give them a completion date because we weren't sure of the property we were buying. But they said that's fine. You can, you can sort out a completion date that's, that's acceptable to you in the future, and so on and we just kept them in the the loop, and when we did finally find somewhere, it was very easy to arrange the exchange of contracts and completion when we needed it. So the whole process was It was very easy and straightforward. I would, I would recommend House Buyer Bureau because they are They don't try, and they don't try any tricks, they won't increase, they won't give you a lower offer right at the last minute, like some companies will apparently. So yes, I would, uh, if you do need to move quickly or you need, you know, you do need. A way of moving where you can control it. I would, I would seriously consider House Buyer Bureau.
