Matt: My experience of House Buyer Bureau was fantastic from start to finish. A very complicated scenario where my, late dad passed away about 2, 2.5 years ago and left me and my sister, a house in Dolgellau, which is in North Wales, which sounds fantastic. And it was, but the family situation was very, let's just say fractured. My dad and my sister were very disjointed, so it wasn't a nice situation to be in realistically, not after a loss. And from that situation, over several months, myself and Dorothy sort of fell into each other's paths. From House Buyer Bureaus and she was fantastic from start to finish, good communication, really nice support, and basically just really helpful in what was a not very nice situation. And every company we dealt with outside of House Buyer Bureau wasn't supportive, wasn't helpful, made more stress, was demanding money, and this was almost like the light at the end of a tunnel. Over about a year, 1 year and a half years, me and Dorothy kept coming back to each other. Nice conversations, helpful throughout. And we got to a stage where thankfully the House Buyer Bureau bought our property. We are happy, very happy, me and my sister. The house is gone. They've got themselves a steal and a lovely property which I'll hopefully sell to another loving family who could look after it, who didn't, weren't in a similar situation to us. Apart from Dorothy, Kerrie was also fantastic from start to finish, good communication, really supportive. Kept us up to date with everything which is going on. Buying a house is never fun. It can be one of the most stressful things you would do on top of everything else. But through emails, phone calls, back and forth conversation, offering supportive advice, especially when it came to our estate agents, they were fantastic, and I'd highly recommend them, and I will be recommending House Buyer Bureau, not only Dorothy, but Kerrie to everyone. If I've got a property to sell in the future, I'll definitely be doing this as well.
