Mark: Hello. My name is Mark, Just leaving this brief recording just to pass on my experience with using House Buyer Bureau. I started the whole process on the 21st of February. And within around a week, uh, I'd had the offer and the survey done just to confirm. It could have all progressed much more quickly, except at my choosing House Buyer Bureau were quite happy to set the completion date for the 19th of April, which helped fit in with, uh, me moving on to my next property. Just personal circumstances. So that was great of them to do that. Um, about the staff concerned, I dealt with Dorothy Barker and Kerrie Walters who were both lovely. Uh, they're really friendly. Uh, there was never any pressure to, you know, accept the offer that they made. Dorothy dealt with the process initially, and then it passed over to Kerrie once I accepted the offer. Uh, but they're both really genuine, Like I say no pressure. Um, you know, always had time to think over the offer, et cetera, before proceeding. And, uh, as I said a pleasure to deal with really, no complaints whatsoever. They explain everything really well. Kept me updated at all points and seemed genuinely interested in my circumstances and making it fit with my needs, et cetera. So, as I say, I couldn't fault them at all.
