Howard: Hi there, my name's Howard Holland, and I'd just like to share my experience of the House Buyer Bureau. After many months of trying conventional um estate agents, I decided to go with House Buyer Bureau. Right from the very first phone call, it was extremely relaxing. I felt confident with the firm. And when Kerrie was assigned to me as the go-between, uh, solicitors and the firm. It was so laid back and easy, even to the point when I had several queries on one day, I never felt that I was being a nuisance. And if I couldn't get through on the first phone phone call, within a few minutes, somebody would always phone me back. The solicitors that were assigned to me were also extremely helpful. But overall, I cannot fault the company. Even after completion, which I had to extend, it wasn't down to them, it was because I couldn't get my act together myself. I'm still in contact with them even now. They're extremely friendly, extremely efficient, no pressure whatsoever, and I very, very highly recommend them to anybody.
