Gary Musson: This is a short review for the House Buyer Bureau. We had a property that we inherited approximately 18 months ago that we had on the market, which we were struggling to sell. We then decided to contact the House Buyer Bureau and spoke to a lovely lady called Dorothy who, obviously talked us through the process of how House Buyer Bureau values the property, and, um, obviously tries to do a quick sale to yourselves. Uh, she gave us a value on the property, which we then obviously discussed. Uh we then, obviously decided to go with the House Buyer Bureau The process was fantastic and, pain free and took little or no time. They inspected the property and we've completed, and we are very happy with the service provided. Please be aware that obviously, you're not going to get the full market value for the property, but they will give you a value which they consider to be, uh, for them to be able to make a profit and obviously give yourself a quick cash value for the property for a quick and pain free sale.
