Fiona: I've just completed on the sale of a house with House Buyer Bureau, and I could not recommend them highly enough. I dealt with Dorothy, who at the start of the process talked me through what the House Buyer Bureau would do, what the timelines were, what would be expected of me and that's exactly how it happened. Once the offer had been made, and I'd accepted it, Dorothy then passed me on to Kerry, who kept me Informed of every step of the way. House Buyer Bureau appointed the solicitors, they appointed the surveyor. There were absolutely no fees that I had to pay. The offer was fair. And once all the paperwork was done, which wasn't without some issues and which were nothing to do with the House Buyer Bureau, they did sort them all. Once that had been completed, I had the money in my account within 2 days. I genuinely think that it's a really good business. I, I felt looked after, I felt informed, and I felt that I was treated really fairly the whole way through. So, as I said, much simpler process than going through an estate agents, the hanging around. I didn't live near the house I was selling. So I didn't want the responsibility of keeping it in. Uh, keeping in contact with people up there who would be dealing with things. Kerry and Dorothy did absolutely everything for me. Highly recommend it. Thank you very much, both of you.
