Please can you tell us about your experience with House Buyer Bureau.
Duncan Smart: So I found myself in a situation where I had to sell a property and I needed to do it quickly and reliably. I couldn't wait around for a regular sale to perhaps fall through and chains to break down and that kind of thing I needed to get it done. So I looked into the house buying industry, so to speak. And after doing quite a lot of research, I contacted House Buyer Bureau and from start to finish, they were very fair, straightforward, honest and efficient. And the whole thing has been completed from my first enquiry to completion of the sale, I think has taken seven weeks and most of that I think they could have done it in several weeks less. Most of the delay has been at my request to fit in with my requirements. Um, so anyone who is in a similar situation to me, where you need to get the sale done, you understand that you aren't going to get the full market price, but you want to get as close as possible and anyone who's in that situation I would heartily recommend House Buyer Bureau. They've been great, OK.
