David S: I'd moved away from the marital home, up in, down in London with my wife and we were going to divorce. And, we both decided that we wouldn't divorce. And I found it was not the right move for me really from the early stage. And I wasn't looking to, have the property on the market for months and months. I realised I'd blooped, but I didn't want the property on the market for eight or nine months, that just seemed to be something that was not good, because I'd be having to travel 200 mile round trip to my wife to try and get the marriage started back up again and, you know, reconcile. So I contacted the House Buyer Bureau. I had another website from a, um, people I can't remember but they recommended House Buyer Bureau, as a means to try and sell the property quickly and to get a price for the property that wasn't, you know, the market value but would save me a lot of the hassle of messing around, having to have people view the property over a period of time. And then they then say they're not interested and all the rest of it. So I say the whole process via Dorothy and Kerrie has been very good and, um, very informative and, uh, very, very, very, very fair. And with the legal support as well that was paid for I can't, um I can't fault you guys. You've actually been very good and taken a lot of the hassle out of the whole process.
