Christina Hanson: Hello. My name is Christina, and this is a review of the House Buyer Bureau So just to give a bit of background, um, looking to sell my mom and dad's house, they're quite elderly. Um, and they got quite stressed out with having a traditional sale. They'd been disappointed a couple of times, people had either pulled out or changed their minds or just been difficult to deal with. Um, so they've got very, very anxious about selling the property. So as a family, we decided to look for some other options, one of which was to use a property buying company. Now, to be honest, we were a little bit apprehensive. We'd heard that this type of company can be quite cutthroat or difficult or could mess people around through the process. And we were just looking for something really stress free and easy. Um, so we did quite a bit of research, and we came across the House Buyer Bureau, got very good reviews online. Um, and it was recommended in The Advisory, so that did put our mind at rest somewhat. So we had an initial discussion with Dorothy. She was very clear and transparent. Um, about the process and about what we could expect to receive for the property. Now, obviously, we know that we could have received more, perhaps through a traditional sale, but it was important to for us to have it stress free and easy. Um, so it seemed like a good fit on both sides. Um, So after the firm offer was made and we accepted that offer, we proceeded to have a survey carried out. Um, and also the legal work went through. And our sales negotiator, Kerrie was excellent and really clear as well, always at the end of the phone to answer any concerns or queries that we had. And we still were a bit concerned about whether the price would be changed or altered as we went through the process. But I have to say, very straightforward, very upfront. There was no messing around or changing of the price at all. Um, I would say that the Home Buyers Bureau is a very honourable company to deal with, and they made the whole thing quite stress free and easy. Um, so I'm pleased to say that we've exchanged contracts now just within that took probably a week or so 10 days, maybe to sort out. And we're just about to complete, um, in the next few days. Um, I would definitely recommend them as a company if you're looking for a fast and stress free stress free sale. Thanks very much. Bye.
