Carys' feedback: We chose the House Buyer Bureau because we needed to sell a property quickly and we were slightly concerned before we actually started the process. But once we had commenced the proceedings with them, everything went amazingly smoothly. They were very, very supportive, helped us along the way, kept checking that everything was OK. Got us a solicitor and we really couldn't fault the whole process. We were aware that we would be taking a much lower offer than the market value, but in the current market we were happy to do that in order to secure a sale, which probably took about 8 or 9 weeks from start to finish.
