Speaker: Carol's feedback
Carol's feedback: I had a good experience with House Buyer Bureau, um, the chief ways in which they were helpful and that I would recommend them and that they did exactly what they said they were gonna do. Um, they made an offer. I accepted it. Um, they made that offer within a couple of days of getting in touch with me, whereas other house companies took a lot longer, um, or said no. House Buyer Bureau said yes. Once I'd accepted the offer, um, they told me what would happen, the steps, and that's exactly what did happen. Um, they said they could sell it in 4 weeks. They did. We completed 28 days after I'd accepted the offer. They offered to, pay my own solicitors £1000 if I wanted to keep with my solicitors, which I did, and they did pay them. The arrangements were smooth, the people that I was assigned to deal with were principally Kerrie. And Kerrie was really good at keeping in touch, phoning and emailing and checking things out, and chasing things that weren't going as quickly as we'd hoped. They arranged everything, the surveyor, and their own solicitors and so on, so it was you know, it's a very stressful time, the least stressful way of selling the house. Obviously the compromise was the price, it was lower than I'd hoped for my property was hard to sell, and so they reduced the offer in line with that risk. But they did also say that they would, share the profits 50:50 above a certain amount of the sale price, so there was a sort of, bonus caveat if you like for accepting the really low price. I recommend them. There's a lot of scammers out there, they're not scammers, they are a professional company, they're a business, but they deal with you well, and they do what they say and at the end of the day, at a stressful time, pleasant, straightforward, efficient people are what you need.
